Requirements

UK-qualified with 2-4 years' PQE in family law
Solid experience in all aspects of family law, including financial disputes and child arrangements
A client-centred, solution-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
A proactive attitude towards business development and marketing
IT proficiency and excellent document management skills
LLB/GDL and LPC or equivalent qualifications

Job Responsibility

Managing a broad caseload including divorce proceedings, financial remedy cases, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation issues and private children law matters
Contributing to the wider development of the practice through networking, article writing and other business development initiatives

A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Family Law
Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel (or working towards accreditation)
Experienced in representing parents, guardians, and children in public law proceedings
