Job Description:

My client, a leading family law firm in Merseyside, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their team. With a strong reputation for supporting individuals through matters such as divorce, separation, and complex financial arrangements, the firm offers a highly professional and supportive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Handling all aspects of family law cases from instruction through to conclusion
Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Representing clients at hearings as appropriate
Liaising with barristers, experts, and other third parties
Ensuring compliance with Family Procedure Rules

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (preferred)
Strong experience in family law
Excellent communication and client care skills
Confident working independently and collaboratively
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
Experience in instructing experts and handling complex cases
