Family Law Paralegal

• Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and case filings
• Manage case deadlines, filings, and detailed calendars for important milestones
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, offering clients compassion and clarity
• Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate client files using Clio case management software
• Ensure compliance with changing legal standards and local court procedures
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and legal proceedings

• At least 2 years of family law experience or equivalent legal background
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (preferred certification a plus)
• Proficiency with Georgia court procedures and tools like Clio and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills
