Job Description:

An established boutique family law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their collaborative and dynamic team. This firm handles sophisticated, high-conflict matters and is known for its supportive culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery
  • Manage case files, calendaring, and court deadlines
  • Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation
  • Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and document production
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of family law paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court rules
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active cases
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in family law
  • Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and trial preparation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Sharp analytical skills to identify relevant legal precedents and case facts
  • Effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in handling case responsibilities
  • Familiarity with California family law statutes and procedures
  • Must be local to Los Angeles
