Job Responsibility:
Answering inquiries via phone, email, or web with empathy and professionalism
Conducting interviews to gather essential details about marital history, assets, and custody concerns to determine if a case is a good fit
Provide clients with information about our services, processes, and expectations
Collecting essential client details (e.g., marriage dates, assets, child information) to help attorneys prepare
Document and organize client information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards
Entering data into systems and managing attorney calendars to reduce missed consultations
Maintaining supportive, consistent communication to keep prospects engaged during the stressful decision-making phase
Schedule appointments for attorneys and follow up with clients, as necessary
Conduct potential client conflict checks and follow-ups
Manage new client intakes, follow up on incomplete questionnaire information, and confirm appointments
