Apply meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing motions, pleadings, and correspondence
Lead legal research with advanced tools like WestLaw and Attorney’s Briefcase to strengthen case strategy
Harness specialized software such as DissoMaster, Lawyaw, and Lawgic to streamline workflows
Offer strategic advice tailored to each client’s unique needs, always upholding the highest ethical standards
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
3 to 7 years of experience in family law, with proven expertise in litigation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software such as DissoMaster, Lawyaw, and Lawgic
Strong research skills, including the ability to utilize platforms such as WestLaw and Attorney’s Briefcase
Exceptional writing abilities to draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Ability to independently manage a diverse workload while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Comprehensive knowledge of civil litigation processes and family law procedures
