Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our client's thriving legal practice in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through complex family law matters with expertise and compassion.

Job Responsibility:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division
Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments
Advocate for clients during court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Provide empathetic and clear legal advice to clients throughout their case
Manage a diverse caseload independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
Foster strong client relationships through consistent and effective communication
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal representation
Stay current with family law developments and apply them effectively to cases

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience practicing family law
Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Strong skills in legal research and analysis
