1+ years’ experience in Family Law litigation in Washington State
Washington Bar admission in good standing
Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with the Clio practice management ecosystem
Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
Strong desire and aptitude for process improvements
Strong written and spoken communication skills

Job Responsibility

Manage case strategy and litigation in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties
Coordinate competing deadlines and communicate with varied stakeholders
Argue cases and take hearings before a court of law

Be highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare for mediations, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations
Manage a team of paralegals and support staff
