Job Responsibility:

Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence cases
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements
Conduct case analysis, interviews, and discovery to effectively advocate for clients
Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
Provide clear guidance and support to clients dealing with sensitive, high-stakes matters
Stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation that may impact cases

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Texas
3-5 years of experience practicing family law, with a demonstrated track record of successfully handling complex cases
Strong negotiation and litigation skills combined with a compassionate approach to client representation
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
Adept with legal technology tools, such as eDiscovery platforms and e-filing systems
Proficiency in mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods
Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse clientele
Certifications related to family law, such as collaborative law training or child custody specialization
