We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Attorney/Lawyer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be focusing on divorce and family law cases, providing assertive legal services to clients and working closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a legal advocate for clients, representing them in mediation, court hearings, and trials
  • Work in collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Cater to individual client needs, providing compassionate and impactful legal services
  • Show proficiency in basic computer systems and willingness to learn legal-focused software, such as Clio
  • Stay updated with changes to family law regulations and understand their implications for clients
  • Handle client inquiries, resolving them efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action based on case developments
  • Process legal documents and maintain accurate client records
  • Utilize skills in Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, and Complaint Handling, amongst others
  • Apply knowledge of Family Law and experience in Defending Depositions and Deposition Summary
