Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Early Help Service on a full‑time, 3‑month fixed‑term contract or secondment to provide maternity cover. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team making a real difference to children and families in Bracknell Forest.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a well organised and efficient business support to the service
  • Provide frontline reception cover within the Family Hubs and Youth Hub
  • Support users of the Family and Youth Hubs and signpost them to other professionals or agencies when required
  • Maintain the accuracy of office and council systems including data input, minute taking and financial records
  • Ensure services are advertised, promoted and updated through digital means
  • Be part of the service’s duty system which includes responding to telephone calls, online and in-person enquiries
