We are looking for an Administrator to join our Early Help Service on a full‑time, 3‑month fixed‑term contract or secondment to provide maternity cover. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team making a real difference to children and families in Bracknell Forest.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a well organised and efficient business support to the service
Provide frontline reception cover within the Family Hubs and Youth Hub
Support users of the Family and Youth Hubs and signpost them to other professionals or agencies when required
Maintain the accuracy of office and council systems including data input, minute taking and financial records
Ensure services are advertised, promoted and updated through digital means
Be part of the service’s duty system which includes responding to telephone calls, online and in-person enquiries
Requirements:
Proactive and well-organised Administrator
Experience supporting families
Experience working confidently with a range of stakeholders
