Family Help Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Family Help Supervisor to join our Early Help Service and play a key role in leading frontline practitioners, driving excellence in practice, and supporting vulnerable children and families to achieve positive and sustainable change. The Role As a Family Help Supervisor, you will support the Team Manager in delivering a high-performing service that provides effective early intervention and family support. You will oversee and supervise a team of Family Help Workers, Team Around the Family Practitioners, and Early Years Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, risk management, and evidence-based practice. You will provide reflective supervision, mentor and develop staff, manage complex cases, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
