Job Description:

Are you passionate about family law and committed to making a difference in people's lives during challenging times? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Family Fee Earner to join a respected and friendly legal team in Nottingham.

Job Responsibility:

Handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution
Drafting legal documents, statements, and court applications
Representing clients at court hearings and negotiations
Providing clear, compassionate legal advice
Maintaining accurate records and meeting billing targets
Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a strong background in family law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, client-focused approach
