Job Description:

Provide instruction for students in grades 6 - 8 in the subject area of Family and Consumer Science. Provide ongoing monitoring of students’ progress; collaborate with the team and meet the social-emotional and academic needs of middle school students.

Requirements:

  • Possession of New York State certification in Home Economics or Family & Consumer Sciences or qualify to obtain it by the first date of employment
  • Licensed teachers from other states may qualify for reciprocity
