Job Description:

As a Manager, Clinical Services, you will oversee daily operations and strategic direction for specific clinical service lines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Every day you will manage and mentor clinical staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and efficiency. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge, driving continuous improvement and excellent patient care to meet organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations and strategic direction for specific clinical service lines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Manage and mentor clinical staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and efficiency
  • Manages and evaluates the clinical operations, programs and resources of the assigned clinical area/facility to assure the safe and appropriate delivery of diagnostic and/or therapeutic patient care
  • Plans, manages and evaluates the work of clinical and administrative staff in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Ensures all aspects of clinical operations are conducted and documented in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participates in annual budget planning and administration
  • Works with management team to ensure consistent operational and clinical practices
  • Participates in the development of strategies, initiatives and programs

Requirements:

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • NRP within 6 months
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years experience and clinical knowledge in Family Birth
  • 2 years in Charge Nurse/Leadership or equivalent position
