Families Together Practitioner

As a Families Together Practitioner, you will: Play a critical role in supporting vulnerable families to improve safety, stability, and wellbeing for children. Deliver relationship-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed interventions aimed at reducing the risk of significant harm. Partner with families to strengthen parent–child relationships, build parenting capacity, and address complex psychosocial challenges such as domestic and family violence, substance misuse, mental health concerns, and intergenerational trauma. Provide holistic case management across moderate to intensive support levels, working with families where children are at risk of harm or in out-of-home care, with a strong focus on safe restoration to parental care. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will make a real difference in people’s lives. This is a fixed term role ending on 30/06/2031.
