FAE Solution Architect

• Optimizing end-to-end technical solutions based on x86 architecture, focusing on system performance bottleneck analysis, tuning, and optimization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end customers’ technical issues on AMD EPYC platforms have been solved in time
• Technical pre-sales support
• Customer requirement analysis
• Promotion of best practices in x86 architecture and performance optimization

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, x86 architecture design, or performance tuning
• Proficient in x86 architecture (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC series), with in-depth understanding of CPU architecture (core, cache, frequency), memory management (DDR4/DDR5), I/O subsystems, and network architecture
• Rich experience in Linux system (openEuler, CentOS, Ubuntu) performance tuning: proficient in kernel parameter optimization, CPU/memory/I/O/network tuning, and familiar with performance monitoring tools (top, sar, vmstat, perf, iostat, etc.)
• Experience in optimizing high-performance solutions (HPC, data center, semiconductor manufacturing systems preferred), with the ability to solve complex performance bottlenecks
• Familiar with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in x86 environments, with experience in virtualized/containerized system performance tuning
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), able to independently write technical solutions, deliver technical presentations, and communicate with international teams or customers
• Strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and teamwork spirit
• able to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
