Job Description

AMD China is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager position supporting AMD EPYC/MI products in Datacenter Platforms for PRC Partners.

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the PRC DataCenter OEM team and multinational internal Engineering & BU teams to seek design-in opportunities and provide the technical support to ensure sell-through targets

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Datacenter technical field support or MNC Datacenter R&D experience is a MUST
  • MNC datacenter customer support or datacenter architect experience is preferred
  • Familiar with Datacenter and DCGPU architecture basic performance test tool and method
  • Familiar with x86 architecture and Basic structure of Computer/Server
  • Familiar with application performance tuning
  • Familiar with Linux operation system (CentOS, RHEL, SUSE and so on)
  • Experience in Kernel debug and develop is a big plus
  • Leadership ability is a plus
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Frequent domestic travel is required
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required
