Job Description:

The post-holder will work closely with the Faculty team, the four Department Managers, the Faculty Taught Programme Directors, members of staff in Central Services and the wider LSHTM community. This is a wide-ranging role encompassing Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Events, External Relations and Research Operations and would suit someone who enjoys working in a varied and dynamic environment. It would also provide an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to develop their career in the Higher Education sector, with multiple career progression avenues and excellent in-house training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the Faculty team, the four Department Managers, the Faculty Taught Programme Directors, members of staff in Central Services and the wider LSHTM community
  • Encompass Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Events, External Relations and Research Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of higher education to A Level, or equivalent
  • Relevant experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development i.e., training and development courses
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proven ability to manage your own workload, organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
