Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute individualized and group learning programs that address specific business needs
  • Identify and access the learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with Subject Matter Experts and Department Managers
  • Work with all departments to identify needs for training and improvement of current training
  • Ensure strategic alignment of learning and development with business goals
  • Evaluate individuals and organizational performance to ensure learning and development is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Develop and deliver learning and development solutions that meet business needs
  • Optimize learning and development processes for efficiency
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and external vendors to develop and deliver training
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver learning and development strategies
  • Oversee onboarding program and New Hire training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years’ training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
  • 1+ years’ people leadership experience
