Previous experience within a rice mill is essential
Full working knowledge of all current manufacturing and maintenance engineering legislations
Mechanical and Electrical experience

Job Responsibility

Carry out tasks that include but not exclusive to electrical, mechanical and utilities of all assets in all areas of our operations across the site
Fully support operations in start ups, shutdowns and process problems
Effectively carry out all planned maintenance and support fault finding
Continually seek learning opportunities for growth and development
Ensure ownership of GMP,HACCP, Food Safety and legality at all levels whilst always driving continuous improvements
Working with the cross functional teams to ensure full compliance with all Company and Customer requirements
Take a proactive role in the optimisation and improvement of Planned, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance and the adoption of all emerging Maintenance Technologies/Techniques
Improve the performance of our assets to maximise value, minimise waste and costs
Record and communicate hazards, risks and near misses

Experience in pouring & finishing of concrete (preferably in precast environment) is a must
Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand measurements
Keen eye for detail and great communicator

Ensuring units are poured & finished to the highest standard
Keeping track of target pouring and reviewing with Factory Manager to reduce waste concrete
