Requirements

Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
Ideally, you have experience or knowledge of welding, fabrication, and CNC programming
Excellent leadership and management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer literacy
Flexibility to work overtime when required

Job Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet output and quality targets
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to ensure deadlines are met
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment
Resolve issues proactively and report any concerns as needed
Evaluate, train, and coach production staff
Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Collaborate with management on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are always available for production
