Job Description

As Factory Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities within the factory, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining productivity, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate factory personnel during daily production activities
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met
  • Support training and development of production staff
  • Work closely with production managers and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
  • Maintain accurate production and shift records
  • Promote a positive team culture and strong communication across departments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in the construction or precast concrete industry would be an advantage
