Job Description:

Join our client's team as a Factory Supervisor at a well-established global manufacturing organization. You will lead a team of 16 production staff, driving efficiency, quality, and safety standards in a vibrant manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet output and quality targets
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to ensure deadlines are met
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment
  • Resolve issues proactively and report any concerns as needed
  • Evaluate, train, and coach production staff
  • Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are always available for production
  • Foster a harmonious work environment by resolving worker issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
  • Ideally, you have experience or knowledge of welding, fabrication, and CNC programming
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
