Factory operative

• Safely add raw materials (bags, drums, and totes) into reactors for the manufacturing of finished products
• Collect samples of all finished products and deliver them to the designated lab or staging areas for testing
• Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding equipment performance or any production issues
• Prepare packaging materials for current and upcoming shifts, ensuring all labels are accurate and correctly applied
• Ensure all finished goods are properly cleaned and stored in a consistent, safe manner
• Communicate with the Shipping & Receiving team to ensure products are placed in the correct, clean storage locations
• Identify, mark, and correctly dispose of any damaged products according to company standards
• Act as a leader in all Safe Work Practices, strictly adhering to workplace policies and participating in weekly "Toolbox Talks"
• Actively participate in training, cross-training, and site-wide initiatives focused on health, safety, and quality (HSQ)

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Highly punctual with a strong commitment to being on time for shift changes
• A dedicated professional who works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training
