Job Description:

To manage and provide the necessary leadership in order that the overall operations department achieves its objectives in terms of SHE, quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, cost, overall efficiency and management development of both people and the business, in line with the company’s corporate goals and philosophy.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and provide leadership to the operations department
Ensure safety measures to minimize accidents
Ensure environment protection meets official requirements
Keep factory site clean and maintained
Prepare and implement short and long term efficiency improvements
Improve quality assurance
Maximize group synergy and networking
Ensure cost efficient maintenance of equipment
Ensure security measures
Motivate, assess and develop the organization
Ensure production meets budgeted outputs and efficiencies
Minimize working capitals
Complete projects on time and within approved costs
Ensure environmental control is satisfactory
Motivate workforce with low absenteeism and turnover
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act
Produce required reports
Take active role in development of Factory Master Plan and strategic plans

Requirements:

Basic education as Engineer or equivalent
Knowledge of Safety and Health management
Knowledge of Quality management
Knowledge of Operation Strategic planning, Tactical elaboration and Operational implementation
Skill in budgeting and monitory controlling
Skill in effective communication
Skill in managing, monitoring and coaching people
Skill in analysis, documentation, conclusion and problem solving
Skill in negotiation
Ability to work independently as well as in team
Ability to set goals
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to create teamwork and develop employees satisfaction
Ability to work thoroughly and in detail with facts
