Job Responsibility:

  • System Building & Lean Management: Establish and refine production management systems
  • drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Take full responsibility for quality and safety control to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (any major)
  • experience in foreign-invested enterprises is highly preferred
  • 10+ years of manufacturing management experience specifically in the Automotive Parts industry
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, onsite management, and problem-solving
  • Mastery of production cost control and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949)
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, and planning skills
