Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (any major)
experience in foreign-invested enterprises is highly preferred
10+ years of manufacturing management experience specifically in the Automotive Parts industry
Deep knowledge of production processes, onsite management, and problem-solving
Mastery of production cost control and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949)
Exceptional organizational, coordination, and planning skills
strong cross-departmental influence
