Job Responsibility:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit site-wide announcements, reports, presentations, and other communications
  • Organize and support cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and other engagement activities—including preparing minutes of meetings and tracking follow-ups
  • Support planning and execution of major events such as town hall, Away Day, and other key engagement activities
  • Attend non-sensitive meetings to help monitor progress of key activities and decisions
  • Lead the coordination of all VIP visits, ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder alignment
  • Handle expense reports, procurement requests, and office logistics for SULTs

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented, agile self-starter who adapts well to changing priorities, schedules, and fast-paced environments
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • conversational English is sufficient for interacting with foreign stakeholders
  • Quick learner who can progressively move from observing non-critical meetings to contributing in critical discussions
  • Hands-on and comfortable in a factory/production-floor environment, with willingness to be onsite and involved in operations
  • 1–3 years of related experience, preferably with exposure to factory or operational projects
  • Bachelor’s degree required
