The role is responsible for developing and implementing security strategy, oversight and support across all factory operations and projects, ensuring a risk-based and cost-effective security program that protects people, assets and business continuity. The position covers risk management, crisis response, personnel and physical security, security audits and investigations, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, law enforcement and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Lead factory security risk management by developing and maintaining security processes, policies and the Factory Security Risk Register to mitigate risks and protect business operations
Act as a member of the local Crisis Management Team, providing operational security support during incidents and delivering crisis/incident management training
Monitor supply chain security trends and recommend improvements to strengthen protection of company assets and reduce vulnerabilities
Manage security programs through vendors to ensure the safety of employees, executives, visitors and stakeholders within the factory and during business travel
Provide security support including briefings, event security planning, transportation guidance and support for special projects
Conduct security audits, assessments and investigations related to security incidents in coordination with relevant internal functions
Support implementation of supply chain security programs to protect operations, products and brand integrity
Build strong internal relationships with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and provide regular updates on risks and threats
Maintain external relationships with law enforcement agencies, security organizations and business partners
Manage the factory security budget and vendor contracts, ensuring effective financial control and performance of security service providers
Requirements:
University degree (Legal or Engineering) or equivalent which could be exceptional experience and achievement
At least 5 years’ military, law enforcement or intelligence experience, or private sector corporate security experience
Russian, Kazakh and English - advance level
Knowledge of normative legal acts and normative materials related to law enforcement, security activities, fire safety and civil defense
Good knowledges of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
