Job Description:

We are seeking a Factory Controller to join a leading company in the FMCG industry. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance to manage and optimize financial operations effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing operating costs (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supporting BOM analysis and production cycle reviews, including variance analysis against actuals
  • Monitoring production data (work orders, consumption, work centers) to manage monthly industrial closing
  • Assisting in annual budget preparation and intra-year forecasts
  • Performing variance analysis between budget/forecast and actuals, identifying root causes for deviations
  • Collaborating on standard costing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring inventory levels, preparing reports on stock valuation, obsolete inventory, and provisioning
  • Working closely with HQ Management Control team on cross-functional projects and monthly/annual closings

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, PP, MM)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medium or large manufacturing companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
  • Solid understanding of management control methodologies, particularly in industrial environments
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong time management abilities
