Job Description:

Step into the role of Factory Assistant, where you'll get hands-on with mobile machinery, support vital plant operations, and be a key player in keeping everything running smoothly. No two days will be the same as you dive into the heart of the sugar industry! This is a seasonal position in our sugar processing factory which requires permanent night-shift work during the crushing season including weekends, overtime and day work during the maintenance period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mobile Plant Pro: Hop on mobile equipment to tackle product spills, re-rail bins, and handle a variety of other tasks with ease
  • Sample Support: Collect routine samples from stations for lab analysis and assist in the cleaning of juice sampling equipment
  • Sugar Loading Lead: Be responsible for loading the sugar train with our raw sugar product
  • Housekeeping Hero: Assist in upholding a high standard of housekeeping across site
  • General Mill Master: Lend a spare set of hands to the shift teams and stations when and where it's needed
