Job Description

As a Factoring Specialist within our Finance function, you will play a critical role in protecting cash flow and financial accuracy across multiple international markets. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of factoring activities, ensuring invoices, submissions and refunds are processed correctly, on time and in line with internal controls. This role supports informed decision‑making by maintaining accurate financial records and strong relationships with external factoring institutions. Your work will directly contribute to risk management, compliance and the smooth operation of Kantar Business Services. If you enjoy working with detail, collaborating across teams and managing complex financial processes in a global environment, this role offers both impact and exposure.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing end-to-end factoring submissions and refunds across multiple markets and currencies
  • Identifying invoices suitable for factoring and coordinating submissions with the factoring institution
  • Reviewing bank statements and assignment files to ensure accurate reconciliation
  • Preparing accounting entries and journals to reflect factoring transactions accurately
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain strong controls and timely approvals

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or factoring role
  • Confidence analysing and working with large volumes of financial data
  • Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation
