The resource, with an engineering background and reporting directly to the Regional Head of Operations, collaborates in the planning, coordination, and control of maintenance, development, and real estate investment projects. They apply project management methodologies, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality standards, and regulations, also within an international context.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Regional Head of Operations in the operational management of properties (offices, schools, corporate assets, etc.), with a focus on optimization and value enhancement of the asset portfolio
Coordinate and monitor routine and extraordinary maintenance activities
Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants/technical professionals
Support the planning and control of real estate investments
Support the definition and monitoring of budgets, costs, timelines, work progress (SAL), and project KPIs
Support the preparation and management of tenders, contracts, technical documentation, reports, and analyses
Verify compliance with safety, technical, construction, and environmental regulations
Collaborate in defining improvement and asset optimization plans
Manage reports, maintenance requests, and operational priorities
Support the Regional Head of Operations in coordination activities among different corporate functions
Conduct periodic visits to various operational units in Italy and Ticino
Requirements:
Degree preferably in Engineering (civil, construction, management, mechanical, or related fields), Architecture, Surveying (Geometra), or similar
At least 5 years of experience in facility management, real estate, construction, or asset management
Basic knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance processes
Ability to read and understand technical documentation
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of project or maintenance management software is a plus (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, CMMS, ERP)
English: technical, upper-intermediate to advanced level, written and spoken
Ability to use technical terminology in engineering, real estate, and project management contexts
Strong organizational and planning skills
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
