Job Description:

Circle K is currently looking for Facility Service Center Agent who will be responsible for dispatching work orders to the right external service providers and evaluation cost of the repairs. The Specialist will work closely with Polish and Irish Maintenance Engineers Teams and Vendors. The person who will take this position should be open-minded, enthusiastic self-taught and ready to provide support to our sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK stores
  • Further troubleshooting and advice to the reported technical/functional issues (including Nuvolo issues) transferred from 1st line support
  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries (supervision according to the SLA for created WO)
  • Maintain equipment documentation including specifications, warranties, life-cycle, maintenance needs and operating instructions
  • Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Cost approvals and contact with Finance Teams and Vendors to solve payments related problems

Requirements:

  • Very good Polish and English
  • Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured
  • University degree or equivalent working experience (Law studies degree preferred)
  • Understanding legal theory and applying this to real life circumstances
  • Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
  • High service orientation
