Job Description:

Circle K Business Center Poland is looking for a new team player to join as a Facility Service Center Agent with Danish Language skills. The role involves coordination between CK stores, IT first line, and Vendors for Facility assets, including dispatching work orders, answering Vendor's questions, and cost control. The agent will work closely with the Specialist Facility Service Center and local maintenance Engineers in Denmark.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK stores
  • Further troubleshooting and advice to the reported technical/functional issues (including Nuvolo issues) transferred from 1st line support
  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries (supervision according to the SLA for created WO)
  • Maintain equipment documentation including specifications, warranties, life-cycle, maintenance needs and operating instructions
  • Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Costs approvals and contacts with Finance Teams and Vendors to solved payments related problems

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish language skills
  • Very good English and other foreign language is an advantage
  • Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured
  • University degree or equivalent working experience (technical university degree preferred)
  • Higher education in mechanic, electric or similar (technical university degree preferred)
  • Experience in technical support as advantage
  • Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
  • High service orientation
  • Good teamwork skills
