Oversee all M&E equipment operations, facilities and building maintenance, as well as renovations. Plan, establish, direct and coordinate the overall maintenance operations of the campus and assets. Establish operations and maintenance procedures, implement a preventive maintenance program, and drive an improvement program for all facilities. Plan and develop the overall facilities management budget and be accountable for its execution and control. Supervise and ensure that all service providers’ works are carried out as stipulated in their agreement, and proactively seek improvements in their Work Quality / Service Level Agreement (SLA). Provide effective suggestions for the services required by the campus, ensuring proper procurement process and documentation. Develop the strategies and action plans pertaining to facilities, security, and safety for the current and future needs of the campus. Coordinate all aspects of Health and Safety and Fire Safety in the campus. Be responsible for the general supervision and control of organized events, paying particular attention to legislative compliance, including the Health and Safety and welfare of people, the safety of the assets and licensing requirements. Act as OSH Coordinator/PIC and represent the company in related statutory visits and audits. Manage and ensure all data generated throughout the facility or received is recorded accurately. Liaise with relevant local authority for licensing renewal and approval.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in property/facility management, preferably under the client (landlord) side instead of the vendor (service provider) side
Strong practical knowledge of high-rise building systems, fire protection systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance, and energy conservation techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiar with relevant statutory legislation and local authority regulations
