Job Description:

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a candidate, belonging to the Protected Categories Staff according to the Italian Law n. 68/99, to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE) with the role of Facility Manager. The job involves interfacing with all company functions.

Job Responsibility:

Supervision and operational management of office spaces with the objective of maintaining order and decorum and detecting any faults/disruptions (meeting rooms, common areas etc.)
Supporting users in receiving and handling reports related to the environment and safety
Support in various activities such as management of external services related to the company car fleet, document filing etc.
Accompanying internal/external staff to third-party locations

Requirements:

Secondary School Diploma / Professional Qualification
Possession of the Italian “B” driver’s license
Registration in the Protected Categories Staff, in accordance with Italian Law 68/99
Previous experience in office management or similar roles
Good familiarity with computer tools (in particular, Office)
Reliability and sense of responsibility
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and predisposition to work in a team
