Job Responsibility:

Daily inspections of plant areas, identifying issues and risks
Organizing and supervising machinery maintenance and contractor work
Quick resolution of technical issues (electricity, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, access systems)
Performing minor repairs (locks, walls, painting, fixtures)
Coordinating construction/repair projects and accepting completed work
Maintaining order on site and monitoring fire safety and engineering systems
Keeping operational documentation and equipment records
Managing facility-related procurement
Close collaboration with production, warehouse, and security teams

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in facility or industrial site operations
Upper Intermediate level of Russian (B2)
Basic knowledge of production machinery and diagnostics
Skills in minor repair and construction work
Understanding of key engineering systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Strong documentation, Excel, and Google Sheets skills
Responsible, independent, and stress-resistant
