Job Description:

As a Facility Manager, supporting the distribution operations at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will lead facilities maintenance and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Job Responsibility:

Create and maintain relationships with vendors and matrix partners
Support Warehouse Operations team in managing the team and processes associated with routine PM of Power Equipment / Forklift Mechanic maintenance
Responsible for securing implementation of maintenance processes, computer systems, technologies, and ways of working in the unit
Provide technical service in the partnership between Safety & Security, Operations, and Operations Support
Secure compliance with Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and maintenance
Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high performing facilities team

Requirements:

Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of maintenance processes and technical issues associated with Distribution centers
Proficient with Microsoft office tools
Experience with change management
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
