Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will step into the role of 'head of' the home. Requirements
A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a management or leadership role
A proven professional background in aged care or medical care
Strong digital literacy and experience working across a variety of organizational systems
AHPRA registered nurse
5+ years management experience
