Job Description

JLL is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee comprehensive facility operations for a dedicated client site. This hands-on leadership role involves managing all aspects of building operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, and space management to ensure optimal facility performance, occupant satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery. The Facility Manager will serve as the on-site operational leader, maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and client service.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee comprehensive facility operations for a dedicated client site
  • Manage all aspects of building operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, and space management
  • Ensure optimal facility performance, occupant satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery
  • Serve as the on-site operational leader
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and client service
  • Communicate with Site Leadership team
  • Preparation and distribution of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Business Review information
  • Procure goods and services for Purchaser’s buildings
  • Hold regular meetings with Landlord
  • Evaluate space and planning
  • Responsibility for meeting KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Manage Third-Party vendor relationships for Business Services, Cleaning, Waste & Recycling, and Stationery & Office Supplies
  • Ensure services are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio
  • Seamlessly mobilize new sites
  • Manage vendor in line with the IFM vendor management process
  • Ensure reporting flows through from vendors
  • Manage budgets and financial requirements
  • Build key relationships with Facility Managers and Office Service Coordinators
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all other mandated soft services
  • Create, customize & submit all reporting formats, governance models, SOP's, checklists, trackers & registers
  • Provision of a management team on a 24x7 basis
  • Coordination with Landlord team
  • Establishment of Benchmarks for site performance
  • Provide an escalation matrix
  • Cover all aspects of facility management, maintenance & general upkeep
  • Ensure FM Team is available as per contractually agreed deployment
  • Ensure staff training, background checks, and police verification
  • Interface with landlord on all matters relating to occupancy

  • Develop a Disaster Recovery Plan and a Business Continuity Plan
  • Manage Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & BCP
  • Conduct annual review of ERP
  • Manage Asset Coding and Numbering
  • Provide support for asset transfer & disposal
  • Manage inventory and asset listing
  • Carry out regular condition analysis of equipment
  • Manage assets delivery and recovery
  • Manage Critical Rooms and ensure 99.999% uptime
  • Maintain safety records and implement permit-to-work programs
  • Conduct MSDS display and training
  • Ensure PPE availability
  • Implement risk management plans
  • Immediately notify of any incidents
  • Manage impact analysis and reporting
  • Ensure staff welfare, timely salary payment, and compliance with labor statutes
