  • Ensure seamless integration between new fit-out MEP requirements and existing base building systems while maintaining operational continuity for occupied spaces
  • Technical Design Support Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and building standards
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, MEP contractors, and base building management teams to resolve technical conflicts and optimize system integration
  • Support load calculations, equipment sizing, and system capacity analysis for HVAC and electrical modifications
