Job Responsibility:

  • Being the bearer of engineering best practices
  • Oversee delivery of operational and engineering services for two different sites
  • Carry out and follow through on procedures vital in critical environments and general building services engineering
  • Conduct site reviews to develop, innovate, and share within the global engineering teams program
  • Promote sustainability service strategies for achieving measurable improvements in energy use
  • Contribute to the optimization of processes, tools and documentation as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Ensure completion and compliance of the critical environment management (CEM) audit process
  • Maintain planned preventive maintenance program and service contracts
  • Maintain safety procedures, including crisis management or business continuity and emergency procedures
  • Lead risk management and mitigation initiatives
  • Provide leadership to explore and bring new technologies for clients
  • Provide leadership to project management team to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure proper operation governance through on ground operation team
  • Develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of building systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage complex engineering projects
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
  • Minimum 10 to15 years of experience in facilities management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, energy management, and sustainability practices
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with large-scale facility projects
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative engineering solutions in facilities management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including CAD, BMS, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED, ISO)
  • 7 years’ experience in the facility management operation of electrical and mechanical services in large campuses
  • BE/B. Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic
