Job Description

Imagine gaining hands-on experience in facility management within a premium international hotel environment along the Korenlei. As a Facility Management Trainee, you contribute to ensuring operational excellence, safety, sustainability and technical reliability across the hotel. With 150 guest rooms, a vibrant bar, 9 meeting rooms and a fully equipped fitness centre, you will gain insight into how facility management supports a diverse and dynamic hotel operation on a daily basis. This internship gives you exposure to both daily facility coordination and long-term improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • monitor safety, compliance and brand standards
  • contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
  • assist with audit preparation and documentation

  • work closely with operational departments to ensure smooth hotel functioning.

Requirements

  • You are studying a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Technical Studies or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in building systems, maintenance and operational processes
  • You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented
  • You work accurately with attention to safety and quality
  • You speak English fluently and/or Dutch
  • You are available for at least 8 weeks.
