If you're experienced across multiple trades and take pride in doing the job right the first time, this is a great opportunity to stay busy year-round.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects for residential and commercial clients
  • Perform work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and light electrical
  • Diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions to customers
  • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and present estimates for additional work when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance, handyman, or construction work
  • Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Own basic tools required for daily work
  • Reside within Northern Virginia service area
  • Fluent in English
