Facility Executive – Engineering (Level 4)

Job Responsibility:

  • Facility BMS Engineers are responsible for BMS infrastructure integration stability and healthiness
  • Maintenance of BMS assets / PPM / Breakdowns / Gateway and Controller network failures / Data point issues are key deliveries
  • IBMS assets AMC management is to be taken care by working with respective OEM service provider
  • Necessary supports to site level internal / external audits from the point of BMS / FAS deliveries is to be taken care
  • Functionality of site level BMS operation and related data points integration validation are to be ensured
  • Implementing and ensuring Pan India building automation standards
  • Coordinating with central IFM BMS Lead and working on any additional automation requirement and developments
  • Working with BMS Command Center team on asset upgradation/replacement activities at site level
  • Operation and maintenance of LT & HT panels, DG, Synchronization panels of higher capacity, UPS of higher capacity, HVAC, and other associated equipment
  • All kinds of control equipment, relays, switches, circuit breakers & Trouble shooting

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder with 6-8 years of Exp in FM Industry & computer literacy/ skills
  • If Electrical Engineer, should possess relevant licenses
  • BMS Engineer - B.E/B.Tech degree (except Civil engineering) from reputed university 2 years’ experience in the relevant fields of BMS operation and project
  • 2 years of min project exposure is required
  • Exposure to ISO 14001, 41001, 45001
