Candidates should be graduates with 1+ year of experience in the core IFMS field and managing Admin and Facilities with good communication skills. Should have a core understanding of housekeeping, guest management, event organizing, email communication and day-to-day admin tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Soft services management
Manage and provide soft services like cafeteria, pest control, and waste management
Ensure the availability of office supplies, stationary, and other resources
Oversee and maintain housekeeping, janitorial services, and general cleanliness
Coordinate security services, including access control and visitor management
