Job Responsibility

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems throughout the facility
Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on UPS equipment
Coordinate with vendors for UPS system repairs and upgrades
Maintain accurate documentation of UPS system performance and maintenance activities
Respond to power-related emergencies and system alarms
Execute comprehensive floor maintenance programs including cleaning, waxing, and restoration
Perform routine maintenance tasks across all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns
Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time
Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client
Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters
