Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our team in India. This is a contract position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of our facilities in Maharashtra.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all BMS components and related equipment
  • Implement and adhere to established BMS system protocols and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BMS operation and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS with other facility systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance checks of the BMS infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of BMS maintenance, operations, and any implemented changes
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements
  • Respond proactively to any system alerts or critical operational needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree
  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in BMS maintenance, operation, and system management
  • Proficiency in BMS systems, including their operation and maintenance
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex BMS issues
  • Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
