
Total Facility Maintenance: Lead the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective plans for all systems, including Electrical (Power/Distribution), HVAC, Fire Protection, Compressed Air, and Water Treatment. Operational Integrity: Monitor daily parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards and minimize equipment downtime through proactive inspections. Strategic Cost Control: Manage the annual maintenance budget, optimize spare parts procurement, and refine processes to reduce overall operational expenditure. Project Management: Act as the technical lead for new factory installations, facility renovations, and equipment upgrades, coordinating closely with external contractors and engineering teams. Compliance: Ensure the site remains fully compliant with Malaysian local laws (including DOSH and Jabatan Bomba regulations).
Experience: 3–5 years of Facility Engineering experience within a manufacturing plant, managing the entire scope of factory equipment. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations, fire codes, and electrical standards. Communication: Strong communication skills are required to manage work documents, lead meetings, and coordinate with external contractors. Personal Attributes: Reliability: Meticulous approach with a strong focus on safety and detail. Availability: Willingness to work on-site and participate in emergency maintenance or be available on-call when necessary to ensure production continuity.
