Requirements:
Maintain, optimize, and improve building systems and infrastructure
Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems
Monitor building automation systems and energy management platforms
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with contractors and vendors
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and asset lifecycles
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, predict equipment failures, and recommend proactive replacements or upgrades
Lead facility improvement projects from conception through completion
Prepare project specifications, obtain vendor quotes, and manage project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure all facility operations comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices
Conduct safety inspections, manage permit processes, and coordinate with regulatory agencies
Respond to facility emergencies and system failures
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple building systems
