Job Responsibility

  • Manage the daily facility-related operations of plan, including managing facility-related contracted services, building repair and maintenance, etc.
  • Develop the facility maintenance plan, implement regular facility maintenance work on building, infrastructure, as well as utilities
  • Manage the development of new facility, preparing relevant documents, monitoring the construction progress and managing the communications with government agencies to make sure that the facility obtains all required approval and license to operate
  • Experience of new workshop building construction and office renovation in the past
  • Communication with local authorities such as gas, water and electricity to handle related affairs in a proper way
  • In charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, cool water system etc. related to utilities
  • Seek, evaluate, monitor and interact with the facility venders to ensure the economical, efficient and qualified service
  • Develop effective preventative maintenance programs for all plant facility equipment while balancing costs and risk of failure
  • Make technical document and update plant layout
  • Perform additional duties as company activity supports
  • Support and regulate plant compliance with energy system standards
  • Promote ESG projects such as energy conservation and emission reduction project

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Facilities, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years facility experience in manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in management role is preferred
  • Construction project management experience is preferred
  • Quick response to any emergencies
  • ISO5001 Internal Auditor License is preferred
  • Fully understand legal laws and regulations related to facility& equipment engineering
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Good computer operation skills
  • Good computer operation skills , Office, AutoCAD, Project

Nice to have

  • Construction project management experience
  • ISO5001 Internal Auditor License
